Honestly, I was scared to even be in the gym with such high-level athletes, but to my surprise the very first session felt like I had been training there for years. Since my first session, I have always looked forward to the next, and for the next 3 years of my training all I have made is progress. People always talk about results… okay let’s talk results; OG was able to take my vertical leap from 30-inches to 40-inches; my 20-metre sprint from 3.5 seconds to 3 seconds flat; and increase my bench press by 7.5kgs, all in a 3-month period during OCP.
